Director of Talent Acquisition

SUMMARY:

Cybereason is looking for an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to help us attract and retain the best talent in a highly competitive market. You will be tasked with the mission to find incredible talent, build a strong and compelling employment brand and develop metrics to measure our recruiting programs. This is a hands-on, player/coach position, overseeing the TA team and actively recruiting open positions.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. This individual will be responsible for setting the overall search strategy while also ensuring Cybereason is focused to meet our aggressive hiring goals. This individual will provide training, knowledge sharing, coaching and mentoring as a talent acquisition subject matter expert as well as measure, analyze and report on key recruitment metrics to ensure that recruiting strategies and processes are optimized to meet business needs. Most importantly, this individual along with the TA team, will be responsible for ensuring every single candidate has an ‘exceptional candidate experience.’

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and execute a talent acquisition strategy to attract talent in the US and EMEA that aligns recruiting priorities with business priorities
  • Lead, coach and develop a growing team, act as a resource and mentor to their needs bringing to the table the latest trends from the recruitment community
  • Promote a dynamic network of (re)sources, programs, events and campaigns to identify and attract top talent to Cybereason
  • Own the candidate experience and actively coach your team to partner with Department Heads and Hiring Managers to create a superb client and candidate experience
  • Design, implement and maintain the appropriate processes, tools, systems and training necessary to scale and support the function
  • Identify, integrate and manage all recruiting related vendors and tools
  • Develop customized reports that track and communicate recruiting metrics, trends, variances, and spending
  • Create a company-wide recruiting culture where hiring managers and employees both feel ownership and accountability for bringing top talent to the company 
  • Own requisitions as well as provide back-up sourcing and interview assistance to the recruiting team and hiring managers as needed
  • Champion the Cybereason Employment Brand efforts by telling the Cybereason story, incorporating our values and positioning the company as an Employer of Choice out in the market
  • Lead company-wide training initiatives to improve basic and advanced interview skills training
  • Work closely with the People Ops team to develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience within high-growth, innovative organizations, experience recruiting in startups, (tech, enterprise software, cybersecurity a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience building and inspiring a high-performing recruiting team to deliver against aggressive hiring goals
  • A desire to win and hire the best, you should work with a sense of urgency always aware of hitting hiring goals
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and ability to influence and partner with business leaders across the organization
  • Strategic mindset towards business outcomes and management of KPI's, metrics and daily deadlines
  • Strong project management skills related to Employment Brand, Diversity & Inclusion, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, work quickly and nimbly
  • Solid experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse a plus!) and creating and sharing out data driven metrics
  • You are a self-starter who loves taking initiative and proactively provide suggestions for how to streamline and improve processes
  • Above all else, you must be highly organized, detail oriented, and focused on getting things done
