Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer

We’re growing at lightning fast speed to meet the demands of the evolving Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) market and we are currently searching for a strong Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team.
This person will partner with multiple teams worldwide to proactively build a pipeline of top talent for the next 3-6+ months. This role will be a true utility player and will get the opportunity to work on roles spanning from Product Development to Inside Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand their requirements for tough to fill roles.
- Proactively source, screen, and recommend candidates for open roles
- Use Social Networking and online tools to proactively source and communicate with passive talent
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast paced, high demand, innovative company
- A strong sense of accountability and team work
- High attention to detail and customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience delivering results in either an agency or corporate setting
- Superior sourcing skills with the ability to translate job requirements into a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Demonstrated experience having a consultative approach towards sourcing and/or recruiting deliverables
- Direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and resources
- A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team
- Successful experience using innovative research and sourcing methods for 'hard to fill' roles
- Experience working with Greenhouse a big plus
