We’re growing at lightning fast speed to meet the demands of the evolving Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) market and we are currently searching for a strong Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team.

This person will partner with multiple teams worldwide to proactively build a pipeline of top talent for the next 3-6+ months. This role will be a true utility player and will get the opportunity to work on roles spanning from Product Development to Inside Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand their requirements for tough to fill roles.
• Proactively source, screen, and recommend candidates for open roles
• Use Social Networking and online tools to proactively source and communicate with passive talent
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast paced, high demand, innovative company
• A strong sense of accountability and team work
• High attention to detail and customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience delivering results in either an agency or corporate setting
• Superior sourcing skills with the ability to translate job requirements into a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Demonstrated experience having a consultative approach towards sourcing and/or recruiting deliverables
• Direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and resources
• A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team
• Successful experience using innovative research and sourcing methods for 'hard to fill' roles
• Experience working with Greenhouse a big plus
