What you will do

• Develop relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, HR Business Partners, and candidates
• Generate and manage a strong/diverse candidate pipeline for specific vacancies including applicant screening, managing referrals, networking and proactive sourcing
• Effectively screen candidates and provide valuable feedback to hiring managers
• Manage entire candidate experience including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback and offer negotiation
• Provide effective guidance to Recruiting Coordinator to ensure candidates onsite experience runs smoothly
• Facilitate feedback sessions and provide candidates with timely feedback regardless of the outcome
• Work on team initiatives including ED&I, talent mapping, recruiter best practices and cross functional teams as assigned
• Track progress using our CRM and ATS to ensure data is captured accurately. Knowledge of Greenhouse a plus

What you will bring to the team

• Proven track record managing a diverse pipeline of open roles effectively and efficiently
• Experience working as an in-house recruiter in a fast-paced tech firm required
• Ability to quickly understand requirements and comfort level with pushing back when these requirements aren’t realistic
• Experience working in a global environment that values equity, diversity & inclusion. Specific knowledge of ED&I recruiting best practices a plus
• BA/BS degree required
