Compensation/Human Resources Data Associate
Payfactors is looking for a Compensation/HR Data Associate to join our Compensation team to play a key role in the collection, analysis, and reporting of compensation data in support of new and existing client-facing data products. The Associate will play a key role in the collection, formatting, and delivery of our data assets.
The right individual for this role will be a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented compensation or HR professional who is an extremely effective communicator. The individual must have an interest in compensation, HRIS, or HR data, be proficient working with large data sets and Microsoft Excel, and have an analytical mindset. Requirements/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree required
0 to 3 years professional experience
Compensation, HR, or HRIS knowledge a plus
Intrinsic self-starter and problem solver
Proficient working with large data sets and Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL or Access a plus
Strong analytical skills
Able to manage multiple project and timelines and complete tasks quickly
Ability to grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
Interpret job content or other descriptive data for benchmarking purposes
Develop logical and standardized data values, and update database records
Investigate variances between multiple datasets, determine cause and recommend resolutions where applicable
Assist in the design and development of new or enhanced custom compensation data products or solutions
Ensure the accuracy and quality of data sets by performing thorough and complex data analysis
Develop standard processes and procedures to scale ongoing data tasks
