Global Compensation and Total Rewards Analyst

We’re looking for a curious, driven, and accountable professional to join our HR team as the first dedicated team member to create and build out our global compensation and benefits philosophy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and administer global compensation and benefits policies and programs in line with our corporate culture and philosophies
- Create and maintain job levels and global compensation ranges
- Consult with the Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner teams on salary recommendations and data points
- Participate in compensation/benefit surveys to analyze our competitive position
- Complete compensation benchmarking analysis and reporting to ensure an equitable compensation strategy
- Administer and communicate our benefits program plan options, features, and enrollment requirements
- Lead annual renewals and open enrollment including communication and roll out to employees
- Work with our benefits broker to complete a benefits analysis based on industry benchmark studies
- Ensure company compliance with federal and state laws governing both compensation and benefits practices
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in compensation, prior benefits experience a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Radford Network- Aon is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytics skills
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
