Compensation Analyst
Payfactors is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our Compensation team and assist our clients in understanding and leveraging our proprietary market-pricing databases. The Compensation Analyst will play a key role in supporting our clients with the interpretation and application of our market data within their own organizations, and will be responsible for addressing market pricing or compensation inquiries. The right individual for this role will be detail oriented and comfortable balancing multiple projects. Additionally, the individual must be proficient with Microsoft Excel. Requirements/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree required
Some prior work/internship experience in compensation or human resources preferred
Intrinsic self-starter and problem solver
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and writing skills
Strong research and analysis skills
Ability to collaborate with peers, managers, and clients while performing project-based tasks
Strong organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of timelines and budgets
Ability to grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment
Awareness and pride in 100% client satisfaction
Strong communication and writing skills

Primary Responsibilities:
Interpret job descriptions, job summaries, and associated skills and responsibilities for benchmarking and job evaluation
Perform job analysis and market research and prepare reports and commentary detailing recommendations
Partner with and assist our clients in the creation and interpretation of compensation analyses
Provide consultative guidance regarding competitive trends in compensation
Assist in the development and administration of salary structures or salary plans
Ensure the accuracy and quality of the primary PayFactors compensation market databases
Coordinate with professional services, sales, and product management teams to ensure that our products are meeting the needs of our customers and prospects
