Payfactors is looking for a highly energetic and Compensation Analyst who wants to take his/her career into the 21st century. This Compensation Analyst will play a key role in collecting, formatting, and reporting of compensation data in support of several new, cutting edge company products and initiatives.

 

The right individual for this role will be a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented compensation or HR professional with an analytical and technical mind. The individual must have exposure to compensation concepts and be comfortable working with large data sets in inconsistent formats. This position can be based in either our Burlington MA or our Quincy MA office.

Primary Responsibilities:

Interpret job descriptions, job summaries, and associated skills and responsibilities for benchmarking and evaluation

Identify similarities across—and establish and maintain relationships between—client data sets, third-party data sets, and proprietary Payfactors data sets

Assist our consultants and clients in the design and administration of custom compensation data exchanges

Support consultants and clients in market pricing company jobs to various compensation surveys and other data sources

Assist with collecting, transforming and loading client data into the Payfactors platform

Ensure the accuracy and quality of data sets by performing thorough and complex data analysis

Requirements/Skills:

Bachelor’s degree required

1 to 2+ years of work experience with some exposure to human resources and/or compensation

Intrinsic self-starter and problem solver

Proficient working with large data sets and Microsoft Excel

Database experience preferred but not required

Ability to collaborate with peers, managers, and clients while leading project-based tasks

Excellent communication and writing skills

Strong technical and analytical skills

Able to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly

Ability to grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment.
