Campus Recruiter

As a key member of the campus recruiting team you will be responsible for creating and managing programs that will positively impact TripAdvisor’s ability to attract high caliber engineering students. You will identify, develop and maintain relationships with academic faculty, students and career centers. You will also partner with hiring managers to bring in qualified software engineering talent and see them through the interview process, through to hire and onboarding. The ideal person will be goal-focused and will show creativity, resourcefulness and a positive, can-do attitude.

Your role will involve:

  • Managing campus relationships at key universities
  • Proposing and implementing recruiting strategies and marketing efforts
  • Driving campus candidate generation and maintaining candidate pipelines
  • Identifying top talent and managing candidates through interview process to offer acceptance and start
  • Planning, coordinating and facilitating on and off campus events
  • Assisting the hiring managers and interview teams with campus presentations, facilitation of interviews and the evaluation process
  • Collecting and analyzing recruiting data to build and improve hiring strategies
  • 50% travel required during fall and spring recruiting season

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in campus recruiting
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience managing campus relationships at top tier US universities
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, technology organization preferred
  • Proven campus sourcing experience and strong candidate selling skills
  • Track record of success in closing candidates in highly competitive situations
  • Experience creating and implementing projects and processes from inception to completion
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
