As our Associate Recruiter, you’ll work in a true generalist role, steering several initiatives core to our talent and recruitment efforts. You’ll lead the top of funnel efforts for recruiting all types of candidates (especially those under-represented); these include sourcing passive talent, reviewing applications, pitching ezCater, and coordinating interviews. You’ll also own some reqs/searches and spend a lot of time each day on the phone interviewing candidates and/or managing internal search processes.


This role is pivotal when it comes to the team’s ability to efficiently coordinate, discover, and engage the amazing people who make ezCater what it is. To be successful, you’ll need to roll your sleeves up and be scrappy and agile while being the face of ezCater. You’re a true brand ambassador, and you have a nose for talent with the ability to dig past the surface of a resume. What you’ll do:

- Lead and foster Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) hiring efforts

- Lead some searches - from intake meeting through hires - and sometimes MANY phone screens 

- Source passive candidates for a variety of roles across the business

- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews

- Serve as the face of ezCater to all different candidates

- Work closely with agency partners on calibration and candidate submission

- Develop our Employer Brand through direct efforts and collaboration with various external partners and business stakeholders



You have:

- 1-3 years of experience in a people/client/customer facing role (recruiting, sales, customer service are ideal)

- Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to organize your day for efficiency

- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

- Comfort and composure speaking with wide variety of candidates, employees, and hiring managersPassion for the role that talent plays in the growth of a businessIntrinsic motivation and an appreciation for autonomy

- Ambition to develop and grow your career in Talent or People Operations

- An eagerness and willingness to give and receive feedback, because we all love learning from each other


Starting Salary Range: $51,000 - 67,000
