Position Overview:

The Global Head of Marketing works alongside Business Development, Product, Commercial, and Operations on all efforts to expand the company brand, raise awareness, and drive product growth into new and existing territories.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy for both brand and product marketing, aligned with company goals and product roadmap
  • Manage marketing research projects aligned with company and product initiatives 
  • Develop defined strategic product messaging and brand positioning that resonates with global markets accordingly 
  • Support customer satisfaction and retention program alongside sales and operations teams 
  • Ensure tracking mechanisms are in place to enable analysis of ROI metrics
  • Deliver quarterly metrics and reports to the executive team 
  • Proactively seek out opportunities that will effectively expand the company’s brand recognition
  • Support and organize user group and advisory group meetings 
  • Manage all stages of marketing campaigns including inception, design, implementation, and ROI analysis
  • Oversee internal marketing platforms to educate and communicate key business updates across the globe, bridging the company-wide communication gap
  • Oversee thought leadership program and content generation – press releases, case studies, webinars, brochures, white papers, infographics, etc. 
  • Oversee management of company website, digital marketing strategy, company LinkedIn page, mailings, and other collateral
  • Oversee coordination of all tradeshows including booth design/development, company registration/travel planning, and events
  • Work within a defined marketing budget 
  • Hiring and managing all staff, consultants, and marketing vendors.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience

Experience:

  • 5+ years of IRT or eClinical services-related experience is highly desirable.
  • Prior management experience is a must.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams, encompassing branding, communications, events, lead generation, and product marketing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in aligning product strategies with brand positioning, with a comprehensive understanding of both product and brand elements.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in product development and financial analysis, to drive cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Leadership experience in product marketing, preferably across multiple functional areas, with a strong emphasis on strategic direction and execution.

Skills:

  • Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Capability to develop and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, while also being adaptable to changing market conditions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying ideas, presenting plans, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous learning.
