Job Summary

Summary:

This individual will report to the Senior Director, International Tax, and will support the Company’s international tax matters and tax accounting. It is expected that the candidate will have a mix of experience in both ASC 740 and international taxes.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quarterly and year-end tax accounting computations timely and accurately in accordance with ASC 740 and FIN 48 under US GAAP. Calculations include Global Intangible Low Taxed Income (GILTI), Foreign Derived Intangible Income (FDII) and Base Erosion Anti-Abuse Tax (BEAT).
  • Assist with the preparation of global income tax rate forecasts.
  • Prepare Master File documentation reports and other required transfer pricing documentation. Monitor intercompany transactions and identify opportunities where applicable. Work with outside firms on transfer pricing updates and studies.
  • Prepare/review U.S. tax compliance U.S. owned entities including Forms 5471, 8865, 8858, 1118, Country by Country Reporting and related work papers. Maintain well documented work papers relating to earnings and profits, tested income and loss, foreign taxes and other tax attributes.
  • Engage in special ad hoc tax projects including international tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, forecasting, tax audits, corporate initiatives and identifying process efficiencies

Education/Qualifications:

  • BS Accounting or Finance, MBA or MST Preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 10-12 years Tax Experience within a multinational company or a Big Four Accounting Firm
  • Strong understanding of ASC 740
  • Knowledge of international aspects of U.S. taxation as well as foreign taxation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Experience in improving efficiencies and building tax processes and building an efficient reporting process
  • Knowledge of OneSource Tax Provision
