About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will help manage and maintain our monthly budgeting and forecasting, creating departmental reporting, maintaining monthly distribution and pricing analysis. We are looking for knowledge and experience, but above all care about character and cultural fit. You will report to the VP of Finance.

What You'll Do

• You will manage and maintain DUST’s monthly budgeting and forecasting exercise, creating departmental reporting and maintaining monthly distribution
• Be a financial business partner to the rest of the organization
• Create ad hoc reporting on customer growth, vendor spend, employee related costs or other miscellaneous financial related requests.
• Assist the VP of Finance with investor reporting
• You will assist with analyzing our company pricing strategy, collaborating with sales, product and operations to ensure we remain competitive in the markets we currently and seek to operate in
• Work with external vendors to close our monthly, quarterly, and annual financials and support our annual audit(s)
• Help manage company cash flow by processing vendor payments, monthly billing, and collections efforts

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a venture-backed, high-growth startup environment
• Experience with multi-departmental budgeting, reporting, and communications
• Strong proficiency in financial statements and reporting
• Time in Financial Planning & Analysis or as a CPA at an accounting firm
• Accounting experience is a plus
• Creativity, ingenuity, and a desire to solve hard problems
• Responsiveness to organizational needs and service orientation
• Strong skill set in MS Excel/Google Sheets
