As a Senior Analyst of Investor Relations, you will assist in planning and managing CarGurus’ Investor Relations activities. You will work closely with the executive team to shape and deliver the corporate story and investment thesis to the investment community. This position will play a key role in the quarterly earnings process, tracking financial analyst projections and serving as a point of contact for the investment community. What You'll Do:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Strategic Partnering with Management to develop strategic messaging
- Serve as one of the primary points of contact between the investment community and the company—deepening and broadening relationships with the buyside and sellside
- Maintain model of analysts' estimates and consensus and summarize notes that sellside analysts publish
- Enhance and manage investor targeting programs
- Observe/enforce Regulation Fair Disclosure (FD) compliance during all investor events
- Support the creation of quarterly earnings materials, including earnings script, investor presentation, Q&A, as well as conference call and webcast hosting logistics
- Maintain Investor FAQ document used to align messaging across business leaders
- Work with FP&A teammates to gather, analyze and understand critical financial data
- Play an integral role in creating ESG related messaging
- Perform competitive analysis of the industry peers and monitor public disclosures from investor presentations, conferences, press releases, etc.
Who You Are:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally working in investor relations, public relations or corporate FP&A
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Enthusiastic about developing a career in a growing technology company
