We are looking for an experienced, detail oriented, collaborative individual to join our Finance team, driving growth and development in Accounts Receivable. This key role will be responsible for cash application, account reconciliation, and coordination with other essential areas of finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the order to cash process including: consolidating transactional data, validating the income statement, applying cash and validating A/R account
• Responsible for the cash application process which includes: validating transactions, performing write-offs, and partnering withGL team to address discrepancies.
• Reconciliations of Accounts Receivable and Due from/to Seller
• Perform Month-End Closing duties in Netsuite
• Perform scheduled and ad hoc reporting from Netsuite 
• Lead special projects when necessary
• Provide reports and prepare documents as required for quarterly audits
• Support leadership with department initiatives, training and professional development of junior staff

What you bring to the party

• 4 year degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in A/R, cash application, preferably in a consumer products setting
• Experience with Netsuite strongly preferred (or comparable ERP)
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, escalate, and follow-up
• Excel under pressure in a high-volume, time-sensitive, complex, corporate environment
• Ability to take ownership of essential processes, with minimal supervision
• Ability to create processes, close any gaps, and document new SOPs
• Excellent organizational, communication (oral and written), and follow-up skills
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles and general ledger transactions
• Proficiency in Excel
