Payments Specialist
We, at Flywire, are looking for a Payments Specialist to join our Global Payments team. This role will be an integral part of building and maintaining Flywire's global payment network. You’ll work closely with all members of the Payments team, in addition to both internal and external stakeholders as you lead the implementation process of new banks, partners, and payment methods.

Key responsibilities:
NEW PARTNER IMPLEMENTATION:
- Manage the process of new partner onboarding, from discovery through implementation – determining when appropriate to involve key internal stakeholders – including setting project milestones, holding regular stakeholder meetings, and ensuring all parties remain accountable for deliverables
- Manage communication with partners throughout implementation, pulling in stakeholders as required
- Own regular team communications to the broader company to provide enhanced visibility on initiatives and progress against roadmap
- Drive additional efficiencies in internal processes as identified in partner lifecycle
- Work with relevant internal stakeholders to conduct a partner review post-implementation to identify any required improvements
- Measure the success of partner implementation by scoring new partners across relevant key performance indicators
Our ideal candidate has:
- BA/BS degree
- 1-5 years of Project Management, Account/Relationship Management, or Marketing
- Sound analytic skills
- Ability to think strategically while focusing on execution and impact
- Track record of influencing without authority
