CrossCountry Consulting’s Business Transformation practice is quickly growing, and we are seeking talented leadership to join our Boston office. Joining our team, you will partner with clients to provide transformation strategies, delivery, and execution including the following:

Responsibilities

  • Assess current state and visualize desired state operating model
  • Provide a clear roadmap to guide the transformation
  • Implement organization, process, and technology enhancements to achieve optimal FP&A/Finance function
  • Manage projects and maintain an integrated project plan using project management tool
  • Lead projects across the entire project lifecycle
  • Identify issues, risks, and develop solutions
  • Define project strategy, goals, and deliverable
  • Maintain an agile mindset to work collaboratively across business lines
  • Drive & support EPM system projects
  • Identify process optimization opportunities for clients and drive value through continuous client engagement

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in FP&A and consulting, including advising commercial companies and strategic decision makers
  • BS or BA in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent and experience working in Public Accounting/Consulting, Investment Banking, M&A, or Corporate Development
  • Advanced analytical tools (Tableau, Alteryx), modeling skills (Microsoft Excel), and presentation skills (Microsoft PowerPoint)
  • Own and execute complex financial models for analysis and forecasting
  • Summarize key data into executive dashboards
  • Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) System Experience (OneStream, Adaptive, Anaplan, Vena, Planful, Prophix)
  • CPA, CFA, Certified Corporate FP&A Professional, or relevant certifications
