The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will be a key member in building out a high performing FP&A function by developing processes that scale for a high growth company. You will partner with various teams throughout the organization to drive decision-making using financial analysis. This person will play a key role budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis to support company-wide decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Drive planning/forecast process by implementing best practices that scale
• Recommend and implement financial model improvements to drive forecast accuracy
• Key contributor to the company’s planning and forecasting process
• Review KPI’s and monitor performance of the business 
• Strategic partner to the business on key areas of budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for management, investors, and Board of Directors
• Create ad hoc analysis to support key business decisions
• Key role on the implementation teams for the FP&A Planning tool and ERP 
• Help drive financial discipline, fact-based decision-making, and financial visibility across the company
• Work closely with Accounting to support close activities and ensure forecast incorporates appropriate accounting policies

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience, ideally working in FP&A
• Proficient in 3-statement modeling
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Basic understanding of GAAP
• Excel in a fast-moving environment
• Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) is a plus
• Experience in technology, SAAS or, manufacturing is preferred
