Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our FP&A Finance Systems and Analytics team. You will assist in supporting Dynatrace with respect to Finance Business Systems and Analytics. This function will assist in standardizing and consolidating more activities into a global business services (GBS) organization, while shifting workload into a Finance center of excellence. This is a hands-on role, driving deliverables from the function whilst evaluating and spearheading opportunities to broaden the impact of the team.

Responsibilities Include:
- Partner with stakeholders, process specialists, and users to elicit requirements using interviews, document data analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis. Translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive, manage and support the forecast and financial reporting operational cadence, working with contributors within Finance and beyond to ensure adherence to timelines and the highest standards of data quality
- Design, develop, monitor, and maintain dashboards, reports and analytic interfaces for FP&A and our business partners
- Teach, tailor, and assert control during interactions with business
- Use current knowledge of business and technology to recommend systems and process improvements
- Partner with architecture and solution delivery teams to design and enable reports and solutions that have long-term value
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile and identify gaps, uncover unmet business needs and work with data engineering and solution architecture team to create a finished solution
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of in-depth, intensive technical experience designing and implementing a broad set of solutions, including analytics/BI to assist in automation and scale
- Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures and translate conceptual understanding to action
- Highly detail-oriented, meticulous, analytical and thorough
- Strong team player, able and willing to engage and collaborate in a team environment and take ownership of tasks and drive through to conclusion
- Motivated and curious to expand understanding and business acumen.
- Solid understanding of technology industry financial processes, standards and cadence
- Engaged self-starter with the ability to take on tasks with minimal guidance, exercise independent judgment and appropriately balance time investment with the need to progress towards delivery
- Reputable data skills that will garner respect and strengthen partner relationships across functions
- Advanced experience with BI (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and Forecast, Planning and Analysis solutions (e.g. OneStream, IBM Planning Analytics/TM1, Adaptive, etc.), Excel, and reading/writing SQL/MDX/DAX
- Demonstrated experience in writing software requirements and test specifications
- Experience with working in a growing company vs. an established, known Enterprise brand.
- Experience working with data warehouse deployments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
