Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with international accounting team, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, and other cross functional teams to prepare, analyze, review, and reconcile the worldwide intercompany accounts.
• Responsible for preparation and analysis of the worldwide foreign currency gain or loss, and foreign currency exposure forecast to support the foreign currency hedging activities.
• Support the monthly and quarterly close process, including working with cross functional teams on ledger validation and reconciliation and process improvements.
• Support the Company’s financial reporting and corporate accounting activities, including compiling and preparing and analyzing support for external reporting and management reporting schedules.
• Support complex transactions such as acquisitions and dispositions, including purchase accounting and integration, and disposition accounting.
• Assist in documenting and executing SOX controls of the SEC reporting and corporate accounting team and handle the requests from internal and external auditors.
• Ad hoc projects.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) or equivalent in accounting or business-related discipline. CPA license or in the process of getting a CPA license is a plus. 

Experience: 2-7 years of related experience (public accounting, internal/external financial reporting), with prior experience with a national public accounting firm preferred

Required Experience:

• Experience with consolidation and intercompany accounting
• Experience performing Financial Reporting
• Experience preparing management reporting and performing financial analysis
• Ability to analyze and interpret data - think independently
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Strong communications skills and accustomed to regular interactions with other business groups

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience working for a Big 4 firm
• Systems experience with Oracle, Hyperion, Workiva
• Software industry experience
• Working knowledge of US GAAP
