Equity Administrator
Rue Gilt Groupe (RGG) is hiring an Equity Administrator who will be a key member of the Compensation team and will lead the company's stock administration program. This role will partner closely with Legal, Finance, Payroll & the People team, and will be responsible for hands-on, end-to-end administration of equity plans and reporting.

What You’ll Do:
- Administer all aspects of the equity program, including processing participant equity plan transactions (grants, exercises etc.) in partnership with team members across Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and the People team.
- Maintain employee equity database, updating participant data (termination, vesting schedule, demographic information, etc.) and run required and requested summary and detail reports.
- Prepare equity summaries for Board of Director meetings to include new equity grants from new hires, refresh and promotions.
- Implement best practices and effective SOX controls and assist with automation of routine work streams and manual processes to enable efficient, accurate and timely processing of equity data.
- Maintain company capitalization table including share authorized and outstanding.
- Serve as the point person for employee equity related questions and manage the relationship with Fidelity, our third-party equity admin vendor.
- Support special projects related to equity granting and reporting.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of stock administration experience for a U.S. company or similar relevant experience & education or certification.
- Experience using Fidelity for equity administration.
- An understanding of many different types of equity awards/programs, preferably for both private and public company equity.
- An understanding of accounting standards relating to equity compensation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach to work.
- Proficiency in Google suite, MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) and SOX control experience are preferred, though not required.
