Accounts Receivable Analyst

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our growing finance team in Boston, MA. You will play an integral role in ensuring invoices are sent out accurately and cash is collected timely. You will work closely with other members of the finance team, as well as other teams throughout the organization. What you'll do
- Customer set-up and maintenance
- Prepare, verify, and dispatch invoices for sales or services rendered
- Maintain customer invoicing portals
- Enter daily cash receipts
- Contact accounts with past due balances and escalate unresolved items
- Research and respond to external and internal inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist in forecasting cash and AR metrics
- Assist in other special projects as required

What you'll bring
- 1-2 years’ experience in Billing/Collections roles
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and G Suite
- ERP/CRM/Accounting software experience (Preferably Netsuite, Salesforce)
- Experience navigating invoicing portals such as Coupa, Tungsten, SAP Ariba, Taulia
