About the Role
In this role, you’ll help support CA Technologies charter to transform the IT industry. You will responsible for:
- Support of Sales process
- Determination of bookings classification in accordance with the Veracode bookings policy
- Customer order processing
- Billing and Collections
- Revenue recognition
- Ensure that Veracode is recording revenue in accordance with ASC 606
- Ensure that all Veracode deals recorded as revenue have met the applicable criteria
- Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting in the review and analysis of actual financial results including non-GAAP measures in conjunction with FP&A team
- Assisting in completing monthly corporate reporting requirements
- Ad hoc finance team projects that result in increased efficiency and accuracy
How You’ll Stand Out:
The perfect candidate for this role will have a demonstrated record of success in positions of increasing responsibility over the course of their career. She/he will have an outstanding track record and reputation for being proactive, assertive and detail oriented. An ideal background will include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business required
- Minimum of one year of professional experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work with accuracy and meet deadlines
- Strong MS Excel skills are required
- Accounting systems knowledge (NetSuite, SAP) is a plus
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
