Job Duties:

• Use consultative sales approach to help customers explore product offerings and make purchase decisions for focused sales
• Act as the key point of contact for all project purchase needs
• Provide sales and service support to all projects managed
• Develop expertise in product offerings and stay up-to-date on industry knowledge
• Meet key sales performance indicators, including close rate and POS.
• Project a professional company image through phone and email interactions

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of commissioned sales experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong desire to be part of a team achieving personal and company financial goals
• Able to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position
