About the Role:

Come join our growing UI development team where we are focused on delivering a best-in-class cloud-based platform for our healthcare payer customers.  You will be developing new React applications written in Typescript as well as adding new features to our existing cloud platform.  Clean, well-documented code is critical as we grow our platform and our customers, you will be part of our effort to help improve the scalability and maintainability of our front-end codebase.  In this role you will help Abacus reach our goals of building new functionality for our existing customers as well as grow our business by developing new healthcare solutions Abacus is currently not invested in. 

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional front end development in one or more relevant front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.). React preferred

• Experience in developing rich applications with HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Experience with interacting with backend APIs (async/await, Axios, etc.)
• Experience with Typescript

Bonus Points:

• Experience in one or more relevant test frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Selenium, etc.) Mocha / Selenium preferred
• Experience with JavaScript module bundlers such as Webpack, Neutrino, etc.

• Experience with Role Based Access Control
• Experience with CSS-in-JS (such as styled-components)
