About You:
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with experience in a technology or engineering-focused organization
- You are able to maintain a strategic view of the software engineering process even while executing on the minutiae of everyday development
- Familiarity with high growth startups and are comfortable with taking on projects with little direction

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn organizational data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Proven project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledgeable of and experienced with implementing agile/scrum best practices
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering to set and execute on the team's strategic vision and goals
- Act as a Technical Program Manager, overseeing and driving technical projects to completion
- Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects, serving as a liaison between the engineering team and other departments
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across the engineering organization, including organizing regular team meetings and town halls
- Ensure systems and processes are adding value, removing obstacles that prevent them from doing their best work
- Manage budgets, resources, and team priorities to support the engineering team’s goals
- Anticipate risks and implement contingency plans to prevent disruptions
