About TrialSpark
TrialSpark is a technology-driven drug development company that runs end-to-end clinical trials, focused on bringing new treatments to patients faster and more efficiently .
TrialSpark recently raised their Series C , and is putting the capital to work by in-licensing and co-developing drug programs through in-house development, joint ventures, and NewCos. Together with doctors, patients, and communities, TrialSpark is working to develop the treatments of tomorrow.
The biggest bottleneck in bringing new treatments to patients is the clinical trial. On average, getting a drug through the registrational trials may take nearly a decade and frequently costs $1B+. To address this industry problem, TrialSpark has built a technology platform that optimizes all aspects of a clinical trial, enabling more efficient trial design, faster trial completion, and higher trial data quality. Along with the focus on clinical trials, we are building an R&D team develop the licensed products and look for additional ways to make the drug development process faster and more efficient.
About the Position
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Product & Engineering) to join the TrialSpark Talent & People team! This associate will be focused on sourcing and vetting for our Engineering & Product roles. This role will play a critical role in partnering with our Tech recruiting team and leaders to scale
Responsibilities

  • Partner with TrialSpark tech leaders to thoroughly understand technical positions and recruiting needs.
  • Work with the Tech Recruiters & Hiring managers to develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for a multitude of roles.
  • Create and compose messaging that highlights the exciting technical challenges and TrialSpark culture
  • Conduct phone screens with engineering & product candidates
  • Track and maintain candidate pipelines for each role


About You

  • A minimum of two years (2) years of technical sourcing experience
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Able to quickly understand the core tenants of complex technical concepts and apply that understanding to build an effective sourcing strategy.
  • Experienced with Applicant Tracking System and how to extract the most value from them.
  • An excellent communicator -- able to speak to all levels inside and outside the organization, with relative ease.


We offer competitive compensation because we want to hire the best people and reward them for their contributions to our mission. We pay all employees competitively relative to the New York City market, regardless of their location. In compliance with NYC's pay transparency law and in pursuit of pay equity and fairness, we publish salary ranges for all open roles at TrialSpark. The target salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000.
