Bullhorn, a global leader in Applicant Tracking and Relationship Management solutions, is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to join our sales organization as a member of the Solution Consulting team. In this role, you will be integral to the continued growth and expansion of Bullhorn as a mission-critical workforce platform.
You will have the opportunity to combine both your technical and business acumen to drive the technology strategy for the Solution Consulting team in support of our strategic sales initiatives. We are looking for a highly motivated individual experienced in pre-sales activities, with the ability to have deep technical conversations at all levels, including C-level decision makers. You will need to demonstrate software development experience . Your responsibilities will include:
Job Responsibilities:
Enhancing our Sales Demo Environment
Solution, design and build proof-of-concepts (PoCs)
Lead development efforts for account-specific demonstrations
Consult with customers and partners on API best practices
Deliver technical presentations to C-suite
Assist in completing security questionnaires
Collaborate with other technical departments (Product Team, Professional Services, etc.) to solve problems or generate PoCs
Hard Skills:
Software engineering experience
Experience in JavaScript, Angular, Typescripts, HTML/CSS
Experience with REST Web Services, Gradle, Git, Microsoft SQL
Modern web design and practices (stateless design, reactive layout, etc.)
Experience with SaaS architecture models
Desired skills:
Ability to engage in detailed discussions related to security standards as well as recommend best practices when appropriate
Experience with Amazon AWS suite of services including EC2, S3, Lambda and general Node.JS
Knowledge of web app servers (Tomcat)
You have (or are working towards) Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Certifications
Experience with Salesforce development such as Apex and Lightning Web Components
