HubSpot's Marketing Operations team is looking for a Systems Analyst to manage and improve HubSpot’s Marketing Systems. In this role, you will have ownership of some of the core assets that fuel HubSpot’s inbound marketing machine including forms, fields, operational workflows and lists. The person in this role will be working closely with the global funnel marketing team as well as our business partners in Sales Operations and Business Operations. They will be considered an authority that marketers can turn to for help with the operations of campaign execution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify opportunities to build automated solutions leveraging HubSpot APIs
  • Ownership of contacts tools, including forms, fields, contacts settings, integrations, and operational workflows & smartlists
  • Monitor flow of lead and user data to ensure systems are operating as designed
  • Provide support and product expertise to marketing team members running campaigns
  • Develop custom solutions using HubSpot APIs to pull data that is inaccessible and perform jobs such as batch updates, alerts and maintenance of assets

Requirements:

  • Desire to gain in depth knowledge of HubSpot marketing tools
  • Experience leveraging the HubSpot APIs
  • Experience with a scripting language such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby preferred
  • Someone who is comfortable pushing back when requests are not solving for company EV
  • Someone who will bring fresh ideas on how we can improve our processes and better support the marketing team
