Building Engines is looking for a talented, highly motivated Software Support Specialist with a positive attitude and desire to make an impact on an organization by providing superior services and support to our customers. The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to actively respond to the needs of our customers. The Software Support Specialist will be a champion for all Building Engines product offerings and for our customers.
What you’ll do:
- Provide timely, friendly and efficient support to Building Engines customers on a variety of product questions and technical issues
- Document customer problems and solutions using Building Engines support tools
- Work with customers and the Building Engines Product Team to research, verify, and document product improvements
- Manage customer expectations by providing timely updates on progress
Skills and Experience:
- B.S degree in a technical discipline (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience supporting SaaS products
- Demonstrated software support for technical and non-technical end users
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (additional language skills are a plus)
- A passion for helping people
- Aptitude for problem-solving
- Action Oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
