We are growing the Software Engineering department as 908 Devices continues to release world-class products for safety and life sciences applications. Our portable MX908 is making a real difference; keeping first responders safe as they save lives dealing with the opioid crisis.  Our advanced ZipChip technology enables highly sensitive detection of contamination in the production of biopharmaceuticals.

DESCRIPTION: 

Expand your technical skills in a creative and fun environment.   Due to our growth and success, 908 Devices is seeking several Software Engineers to contribute to our full cycle object-oriented design/development in a real-time embedded environment. In this role you will be critical in bringing new products to life.

Required Skills & Experience

• Top-notch practical object-oriented design experience
• A voracious appetite for learning new technology
• 4+ Years of C++, BS/MS in CS or equivalent
• Experience working with real time products containing custom electronics
• A positive, collaborative attitude and an interest in working at start-up pace
• Life cycle experiences spanning requirements, release management and maintenance
• A keen sense for user interaction & user experience considerations
• Ability to identify with internal and external customers and deliver transparent software solutions
• Knowledge of QT is a plus
