Our Security Operations team is growing and looking for a software engineer. They are a lean team, focused on fusing trillions of system events, network events, and threat feeds into actionable representations of the current threats to the corporate and/or production (website) infrastructure. Your strengths in software development, automation, system integration, and new product development will fuel your success within the team. There is a heavy focus on problem solving, orchestration, and automated incident response within this team. This is a team that builds across the full stack and impacts the entirety of the TripAdivsor Media Group (think both TripAdvisor and the related properties/subsidiaries/sites).

They support a very large security footprint; covering multiple data centers, cloud services, and corporate offices around the world. Our environment is a combination of open source tools, commercial products, in house developed security products blended together. The team is building tools that will effect or can be used everyone at TAMG.

Required Skills and Technology Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience in a related area
• Skilled in developing application requirements
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong cross organizational communication skills
• Database Usage (SQL)
• Computer Science degree
