Senior Systems Engineer (Intralinks, Inc.; Waltham, MA): The Senior Systems Engineer is a part of a team that builds out Intralinks' existing infrastructure and troubleshoots problems as they arise. The incumbent must be able to navigate through unfamiliar technologies, applications, and situations, figure them out, and provide solutions that match both our clients' and our company's needs. Experience supporting infrastructure for users both on-site and remote is extremely important. Specific job duties include: Administering an O365 Exchange Environment; Administering Active Directory, specifically DNS and DHCP management, deploying GPOs; Deploying, managing, and monitoring VMware ESXi, VMware Horizon View, and Microsoft Hyper-V; Administering Microsoft Server 2008 R2 / 2012 R2 / 2016; Providing automation using Powershell for bulk changes and repeatable tasks Deploying, managing, and monitoring Microsoft SCCM environment; Managing Enterprise PKI and Certificate Authority; Integrating systems into Active Directory such as OneLogin for SSO Monitoring existing systems to ensure maximum uptime; Providing technical direction to IT support staff. 10% domestic travel to corporate offices is required when business need arises.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Employer will accept a 3-year or 4-year Bachelor’s degree as equivalent to a Bachelor's degree. In addition, must have 5 years of experience working with Information Technology.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 5 years of experience with Active Directory/Office 365 Exchange Online, DNS/DHCP; 5 years of experience with Powershell; 5 years of experience with Microsoft Server 2008 R2 / 2012 R2 administration including Server builds and patching, as well as physical server maintenance; 5 years of experience working with virtualization technology including VMWare ESXi clusters, VMware Horizon View, and Microsoft Hyper-V; 5 years of experience with Enterprise PKI and Certificate Authorities; 5 years of experience with Microsoft SCCM; Solid understanding of networking principles including IP addressing/Subnets, Routing/Switching, and Cisco iOS; and Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
