Responsibilities

Join the Clinical IT development organization, a part of Solutions Engineering, as we pioneer and refine our Carehub clinical platform in alignment with Humana’s Healthcare Services segment to benefit clinicians and the members they serve.  Partner with Clinical Technology & Capabilities, technology leaders, and other key stakeholders to ensure system architecture and design specifications adhere to scalable, robust, and performant principles.  Create exciting new technical capabilities that empower our end users to better serve members, providers, and other customers.  Work in a team-focused atmosphere that prioritizes continuous improvement and prizes helping others grow.
 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience

• Five+ years of experience designing, developing, and testing of software applications and/or infrastructure

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly on technical topics with technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• .Net Core
• ASP.NET MVC development experience in C#
• Web development utilizing Anguar, React, JQuery, or other similar frameworks
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• History of optimizing code for performance and helping junior developers do the same
