Briefly, you will:

• Work closely with users and product stakeholders to develop and implement clear product and technical specifications that drive business value.
• Define and evolve our system design and architecture in response to business needs and scale.
• Execute road mapping, planning and scoping to build toward the overall team strategy & vision.
• Work closely with other teams and functions to coordinate dependencies and remove obstacles for your team along the way.
• Carry the voice of customer in every conversation and decision, ensuring we build world class products that our customers love and value.

Who you are:

• Extensive professional programming experience, including experience at a software product company
• Proficient in modern JavaScript, HTML and CSS including building for mobile webExperience with React and it’s ecosystem (e.g. Redux, Styled Components, etc)
• Experience with Python, Go, Java, Ruby or other server side languages
• Have worked in a microservice based architecture and understand the basics of Docker and Kubernetes, as well as distributed architecture components such as coordination, event busses etc.
• Able to quickly diagnose and solve code problems, as well as help others unblock themselves
• Passionate about driving operational excellence
• Loves partnering with product and design to serve our users and their needs as a team
• Comfortable using data to support and validate your concepts
