We need a talented Engineering Leader who will build and grow the engineering team in Boston, MA. This is a unique opportunity to work for an industry-leading cloud software company that is based in Silicon Valley.
With Vault CDMS we are reshaping how Clinical Trials are run. We accelerate clinical trial execution by providing all the data in a clear and concurrent view which eliminates the need for multiple tools.
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Software Development Manager to be hands-on and lead a fast-growing engineering team of A-players who have deep experience and a passion to innovate.

Requirements
- 10+ years as a hands-on engineer developing commercial software in a SaaS environment.
- 5+ years of software engineering management experience using an agile development process.
- Current hands-on development experience on Open source Java Stack ( Java, Spring Framework, SOLR, MySQL, Maven, Git, Jenkins, Junit, Tomcat, Linux, etc)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with little direct supervision.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills - Able to communicate at all levels including up to Senior Leadership ensuring you are aligned to the Engineering vision at all times
- Smart, quick learner, proactive, comfortable working with unknowns, and dynamically evolving requirements.
- Ability to motivate people, instill accountability, and achieve results.
- Developing a multi-tenant scalable SaaS application.
- BS in engineering, science, or equivalent degree preferred.
