Sales Systems Coordinator

The Hotel Sales team is looking for a driven, passionate and organized Sales Systems Coordinator to join it's Sales Operations team. The Sales Systems Coordinator will help drive greater efficiency, alignment, and productivity in TripAdvisor’s global sales organization by overseeing critical sales business processes and maintaining high-quality data in sales systems. The Sales Systems Coordinator is detail-oriented, able to master complex systems and business processes, and serves as a positive and solution-oriented partner for stakeholders in Sales Management, Analytics & Operations, and other groups.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and maintain globally standard list views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, and other Salesforce functions to streamline GTM activities for Hotel Solutions Sales
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing of new releases for Hotel Solutions Sales, including enhancements and bug fixes
  • L1 Ticket support for incoming bugs and process questions from Hotel Solutions Sales
  • Manage operational data quality, migration, and maintenance
  • Provide user assistance, training, adoption, and satisfaction
  • Create and provide training to new users

What You Will Bring to the Team:

  • 2-4 years’ professional experience; Bachelor’s degree required
  • Professional background working with and managing Sales or Marketing data
  • Knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce
  • Reporting background using standard reporting tools including Salesforce reporting
