Quality Engineering Manager

What skills do I need?
- To be successful in this role will require deep experience with QA and leading technical teams.
- You’ve built up automated tests using selenium and balanced them with manual QA processes.
- You can work between the Product and Engineering teams to stay on top of new features and figure out how best to test them.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Quality Manager will lead the team that is responsible for Tulip’s testing, release management, and QMS processes. At Tulip, we have three different release cycles – one each for hardware, embedded software, and the web. Each cycle has its own challenges and testing strategy. On the web side, we use standard Selenium-based tools for integration testing.
- On the Hardware side, there’s less off-the-shelf, but automation is just as important.
- You’ll be responsible for owning release management across our engineering teams, helping us deliver the highest quality product across the board.
