InterSystems is looking for Dev-Ops Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities:
The duties initially assigned include, but are not limited to:
- Contribute as a technical specialist in a dedicated agile DevOps team focused on development and support of continuous integration systems.
- Design and build custom testing tools using a variety of techniques including but not limited to: JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, Cache ObjectScript.
- Infrastructure management of cloud and locally hosted resources. Including creation and maintenance of automated build and test environments.
- Provide DevOps support to cross functional agile development teams.
- Develop non-functional and structural testing strategies to validate application performance, security, and interoperability.
- Identify functional and non-functional issues in application from design through to validation.
- Other duties may be directed by the company from time to time.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years professional IT experience.
- Proficiency in 1 or more programming languages.
- DevOps or System administration experience.
- Good understanding of the SDLC and software testing principles.
- Understanding of networking principles.
- Understanding of web development technologies.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to learning new methodology, technologies and software Products.
