Requirements/Skills:
Experience managing SaaS application QA team, C# .NET, and MS SQL Server
Familiarity with automated testing tools
Effective communication and relationship building skills
Experience working with cross functional teams
Agile/SCRUM experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
6+ years of QA experience, 2+ years in a QA manager/lead role
Boston-area based - No sponsorship or relocation available at this time
Primary Responsibilities:
Be the champion for all QA efforts and best practices in a continuously evolving environment
Develop tools and processes to improve productivity and CI/CD
Develop and support new testing methodologies, best practices and tools to continuously improve test coverage through both manual and automated processes
Ensure sufficient test and resource coverage
Prepare and communicate quantitative and qualitative quality metrics, analysis and risks to stakeholders
Attract and hire key talent
Motivate QA team and lead by example instilling accountability and achieving results
Work constructively with cross functional teams to solve tough challenges efficiently in an always changing environment.
