Summary
As a QA Engineer, you will manually test numerous mobile and web applications that will be used by millions of users before releasing to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store! As part of our Agency team, you will ensure that functionalities and features on a multitude of mobile applications for the iOS and Android platforms are working the way they’re supposed to. You will work in an amazingly collaborative team to make sure we are shipping the best mobile apps possible.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Work collaboratively with Account Managers, Product Managers and Developers to test, discover, resolve any bugs and help prioritize workload.
- Utilize qTest to write and maintain test plans that are specific per app based on their feature set.
- Report, assign, regress and close bugs using our bug tracking software JIRA. Able to perform ad hoc, edge case and critical path testing.
- Manually test on phones to find bugs Initiate and lead projects that are focused on improving efficiencies across the team.
- Ensure the overall quality of the apps we are shipping is top notch!

Experience you bring to the table:
- 1-5 years of relevant QA experience
- Bachelor’s or Associate's degree
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to deliver timely and accurate product in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Aptitude and desire to own all aspects of Quality for the multitude of apps we ship
- Experience with Jira and/or other bug tracking and QA software a huge plus
