What you’ll do

• Contribute to the definition and implementation of Silvertree’s QA/QAA process
• Work with other QA team members to establish a QAA process
• Assist in test case creation and execution
• Automate regression test cases
• Test and verify the quality of our software and firmware releases
• Help identify, document, and resolve issues across the tech stack: web, mobile, and firmware
• Manage and monitor the roll-out of new firmware releases
• Monitor deployed devices for performance issues
• Support across all aspects of early-stage development -- after all, this is a startup!

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA experience (at least one year of automation experience)
• 2+ years of Python
• Experience with test automation (eg: python testing scripts)

• Experience writing and executing end-to-end and component-levels tests spanning web, mobile, and/or hardware-in-the-loop

• Have worked primarily in QA Automation for the last year

Nice to have

• Experience with firmware or hardware automation
• Experience with rolling out software/firmware updates
• Experience with GitHub actions and Docker
• Familiarity with any of the following languages: YAML, javascript/typescript, C
• Experience with CI/CD processes
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with Robot Framework
• Experience standing up a QAA process from scratch
