As an IT Security Engineer, you will join the InfoSec team and ensure the implementation of the company cybersecurity strategy from a technical standpoint. You will work in close collaboration with Infrastructure & Operations teams on the security of our Information Systems.

Please note that this position is 100% remote on the US east coast with paid transportation to the Boston, MA office at least once a month.

Responsibilities

• Act as a security SME on a wide scope of projects impacting our information systems and security posture
• Support the IT organization in enhancing systems and network security by implementing new practices, processes and tools
• Assess, prevent and mitigate information security risks related to our information assets
• Lead wide security projects in collaboration with the IT teams and the business,

• Provide expertise on complex security incidents and implement remediation plan,
• Be responsible for defined security solutions (vulnerability scanner, PAM, SIEM) and activities (e.g. systems hardening, FW management, etc.),
• Proactively challenge company security posture (via technical audit or continuous improvement),

Requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering, Information Technology or Security,
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Security ,
• Expert in several of the following areas:
• Cloud Security (Azure) / Systems & Network security / Security Logging and Monitoring / Risk Assessment / Vulnerability Management (Rapid7) / Privilege Access Management / WAF

• Experience working within an information security compliant company (e.g. ISO 27001 or equivalent),
• Excellent written and oral communication skills,
• Great team-worker,
• Proactive, rigorous, practical thinker,
• Certifications are a plus (CEH, OSCP, SSCP, CISSP).
