As a Platform Engineer on our Core Modeling team, you will work directly with our world-class data scientists to build data science libraries for both CPUs and GPUs on a variety of operating systems and platforms.

Core Modeling owns the entire data science backend for DataRobot, and is responsible for making sure our models and modeling automation are the best in the world.

We are seeking talented engineers with a strong background in Linux, programming, and distributed computing to help build core services and components that make up the DataRobot stack and deliver them to the most challenging customer environments.

In particular you will:

• Own the tensorflow build process on both CPU and GPUs
• Own our build process for external scientific libraries
• Own our build process for internal scientific libraries
• Own test automation for scientific libraries

You need to be willing to learn whatever it takes to get the job done, from diving into Linux internals, to programming your own services and libraries in Python, to orchestrating builds of obscure (but highly useful) machine learning libraries.
