As a Performance Management Specialist here, at DataRobot, you will be in charge of the performance management As our company is growing bigger, we can’t stop thinking of scaling our human resources team above and beyond and finding a perfect addition to our People Operations squad - a strategic thinker and thought leader, who will help with setting even more ambitious goals, accessing team progress, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that our fellow robots are meeting and exceeding their career goals!

Your mission will include:

  • Design, continuously review and update performance appraisal tools
  • Ensure that performance feedback and development plans are linked to training initiatives through effective partnership with other departments
  • Ensure that all team members receive timely performance related feedback including deliver.
  • Support organizational succession planning efforts including identifying key competencies required for critical roles.
  • Support the development of effective calibration sessions including training for managers on the adoption of effective performance rating tools.
  • Analyze and interpret HR Data including turnover data and identify opportunity areas as well as develop plans to address concerns.
  • Analyze and interpret information gathered through engagement and exit surveys; reports findings and recommendations to the senior leadership team.
  • Remain up to date on latest performance and career management tools.
  • Effectively coach leaders throughout the organization.

Expected Qualifications:

  • Completion of one of the following: Five years of experience in Human Resources, Performance Management, or related field OR Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field and not less than one year of experience in Human Resources, Performance Management or related field OR Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience with Performance Management systems and evaluation tools.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work with co-workers in a collegial manner to accomplish common tasks
  • High level of maturity, personal initiative, and sound judgement
