Endurance International Group is seeking an experienced, talented, motivated, and creative leader to manage our Storage Systems team.

The Storage Systems team is part of the Technical Operations organization that supports our highly scalable Software as a Service platform. The team consists of storage experts, systems administrators and infrastructure specialists. We are looking for an out-of-the-box thinker willing to challenge conventional approaches and build consensus around innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements.
• Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management.
• Support Endurance development and operations teams in both production and pre-production environments.
• Create and execute on a roadmap fostering creative solutions for storing, backing up and serving data.
• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
• Serve as the Scrum Product Owner of the team: create and prioritize stories to drive team projects as well as support our many internal customers.
• Manage and develop staff, ensuring an understanding of individual and department goals and responsibilities; communicate responsibilities; provide regular feedback on performance; issue resolution; and identify skill-sets necessary to support the business.
• Ability to collaborate and adapt across multiple teams in constantly changing environment while meeting deadlines.

Must Have:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science/Engineering, related field or equivalent work experience
• A strong customer-centric philosophy and a drive to go above and beyond the norm to fully resolve issues
• Desire to work closely with various Operations and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure our customers' satisfaction and the overall health of all environments
• Experience with storage systems at scale, open source software and infrastructure services
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Agile Scrum

• Linux administration of large infrastructure
