Are you looking for an entry level Quality Assurance position? Are you a Technical Support Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a passionate Junior QA Engineer that will advocate for quality and usability of Brainshark’s product. The successful candidate is eager to learn how to be a strong partner for our product and development teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be a strong advocate of quality in the product
- Understand, produce and maintain well-structured test cases (with help)
- Support engineering efforts to resolve bugs as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Execute acceptance and regression tests on product features
Skills/Abilities Required:
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn new systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technically curious mind
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable to timelines
- Uncompromising attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Any working knowledge of software testing and software development cycle is a huge plus
