What You’ll Do 

• Scale, manage and build high velocity, high-impact teams within the Production Engineering organization.
• Own and be responsible for the reliability and performance of our 24x7x365 mission critical infrastructure platform that contains our products and services. 
• Drive standards, consistency and common platforms to unify our products and services. 
• Provide direction around operational process, tooling, visibility, and other business-aligned initiatives. 
• Ensure cloud-based architectures meet availability and recoverability requirements.
• Deep understanding of the latest tech solutions, trends, and ability to dive into the details of the architecture as needed. 

What You’ll Bring 

• Ability to think and lead at a high level, but also capable of working hands on 
• 3+ years of leading technical teams 
• 5+ years of experience with systems engineering and software development 
• Experience supporting enterprise-level SaaS products 
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies Proven ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams
