You will architect, refresh, migrate and upgrade our corporate infrastructure. You will need to possess outstanding communication skills and have an enthusiastic disposition. • Design, Deploy and Maintain existing and new services
• Plan the migration to IaaS and hosted providers for our critical services
• Comply with Backup and Restore procedures
• Comply with Patch procedures
• Monitor infrastructure systems
• Resolve issues using initiative
• Create and maintain technical documentation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem solving skills / adept at providing a workaround

Able to work as part of a team and own projects

Experience of the following Systems/Concepts:

• Advanced Windows 2012 Server & AD (preferably holding a current Microsoft qualification)
• SQL Server - architecture and administration (create/maintain environment)
• Exchange 2010/2013/Office365
• Virtualization – Hyper-V & SCVMM
• Backup and Restore systems (MS DPM)
• IIS Configuration and Administration
• Clustering\load balancing\replication - HA
• Patch procedures (WSUS/Solarwinds)
• Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
• Monitoring systems (MSSCOM)
• HP hardware – Servers/SAN/Switches
• Storage – HP 3PAR/MSA SAN environments
