The Information System Engineer III (ISE) is responsible for supporting the internal and cloud-based systems used by the Employee Digital Enablement Group (EDE). Under general supervision performs technical work including designing, setup, administering, upgrade and troubleshooting computer systems and associated hardware and software. The ISE participates in the development of architectural standards and procedures. 

 


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for installation, administration and support of the Active Directory domain structure. Including onsite Active Directory and Azure Active Directory. Administer group policies, digital certificates, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and Windows update deployments.
  • Responsible for working with internal stakeholders and 3rd party application vendors on implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) for new applications and supporting existing applications.
  • Responsible for security standards and configuration of EDE systems.
  • Support Microsoft Intune and mobile administration. This includes Microsoft MAM and MDM products. 
  • Administer Microsoft Office 365 environment
  • Responsible for supporting our automated Identity Management system.
  • Manage internal and external domain names
  • Teach and mentor junior members of EDE.
  • Be an excellent business partner to multiple organizations, recommending secure processes and systems.
  • Consistently display an outstanding customer service attitude.
  • Analyze the existing infrastructure and take ownership of making recommendations for improvement, automation, and efficiency.
  • Maintain knowledge base to document solutions to know problems and internal procedures.
  • Participates in the definition architectural standards for IT infrastructure
  • Participate in the definition of standard IT practices and procedures

Requirements

  • College degree preferred
  • Microsoft Certifications like (MCP, MCSA, MCSE, etc) preferred.
  • 10+ years industry experience
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills targeting all levels of the organization
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft server products including (Windows Server (2012/2016/2019), SCCM)
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Intune
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Azure SSO
  • Detailed knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
  • Knowledge of desktop architecture and build methodologies
  • Knowledge of Microsoft AutoPilot
  • Broad knowledge of all IT Disciplines, ie Server, Datacenter, Telecom and Messaging
  • Work as part of a team to support global operations of Dynatrace’s computer systems and applications.
