The HubSpot Product team is made of more than 500 Engineers, Designers, Product Managers, and Researchers. Engineering leadership at HubSpot comes in many different forms. It has many different titles (Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, Engineering Group Lead, Director of Engineering and more). As an engineering leader at HubSpot, you’ll do many things — and you likely already have experience doing some of them in the past. They are:

• Leading web application development teams. Our teams work on all types of software: front-end, back-end, infrastructure, and everything in between. We're looking for specialists and generalists — both have a place here at HubSpot.
• Collaborating with other engineering leaders on all matters that impact the Engineering team, including resourcing and building technology/product vision.
• Partnering with product managers and designers to build software that’s useful, useable, delightful, and solves real customer pain.
• Coaching and mentoring engineering teams, including code reviews, higher-level software design, and direct management.
• A track record working with recruiting or hands-on growing remarkable engineering teams.
